What is the Pioneer Programme?
Katara AI is selecting two organisations to join our founding design partner cohort. Each partner receives a dedicated single-tenant Katara instance, a full EU AI Act compliance audit with legal review, direct founding team access, and a structured six-month programme designed to take a specific governed AI deployment from proof of concept to production.
This is not a free trial. It is a paid partnership with a significant platform subsidy. We are looking for organisations that are serious about solving a real compliance problem and willing to shape how Katara solves it.
Fit
Qualifying use cases include
Document processing across regulated data
Financial records, legal documents, medical data, and government records.
AI-assisted decision support
Deployments where audit trail and access control are regulatory requirements.
Multi-user RAG deployments
Systems where different users must see different data from the same system.
Compliance-bound AI systems
AI subject to EU AI Act, DORA, NIST AI RMF, or GDPR obligations.
